The Medicine of Cacao

Cacao is a gentle yet powerful heart medicine —
an ally for presence, listening, and embodied devotion.

In this immersion, cacao is not something we consume..
She becomes a daily companion.

For 30 days, we commune with cacao at our altars —
through breath, taste, aroma, and prayer.

This is an opportunity to deepen your relationship to Cacao.

Cacao invites us to soften,
to listen beneath the mind,
and to meet each day from the heart.

What Is an Altar?

An altar is a living relationship —
a place where intention becomes embodied,
where devotion takes form,
where we return to listen.

Throughout this immersion, we explore the altar as a daily practice —
a hearth for prayer, grief, dreaming, gratitude, and becoming.

This immersion includes a guidebook devoted to altar weaving and tending,
and we will explore this practice in depth during our Opening Ceremony —
learning how to open, tend, and close altars with reverence.

Your altar becomes a place you return to each day,
even if only for a breath, a candle lit, or a moment of listening.

I am here to be your guide, your muse, and your accountability companion —
walking beside you as you cultivate a daily devotional relationship with cacao, ritual, and the altar.

Over 30 days you will receive:

  • Heart to Heart council (before opening ceremony)

  • A guide on how to commune with the heart of Cacao
    Gentle guidance for listening, attunement, and heart to heart connection.

  • Altar weaving & Tending practices
    Simple, reverent ways to build and care for your altar as a living relationship all in harmony with the season + lunar rhythms.

    These will all be sent out in beautiful missive form via Telegram + this is also our accountability portal, where you will check in at any point of the day to confirm you have met yourself in devotion.
