Lunar Rhythms is a sacred gathering space devoted to remembering the natural rhythms that live within us.

Twice each month, on the New Moon and the Full Moon, we come together in ceremony to attune our hearts and nervous systems to the rhythms of the moon.

These ceremonies are gentle portals of prayer, reflection, and resonance. Together we will:

• open in prayer
• share in a heart-centered circle
• journey through a sound meditation attuned to the moon’s rhythms.
• close the circle in gratitude and integration

Each ceremony becomes a moment to pause, listen inward, and realign with the sacred rhythms guiding your life.

Whether the moon is inviting us into stillness, dreaming, illumination, or release, we gather to witness the cycle together.

All members receive access to the ceremony recordings, so you may return to the sound journeys anytime you wish to re-attune, soften, and remember.
