We are multidimensional beings softly walking upon this sacred earth.

Throughout our path , from a seed , to child (keiki), to wild woman (maiden) , to wise elder (crone), we move through many cycles and rhythms.

Some of these experiences/rhythms may hold trauma, unhealed wounds, and stagnant energy. When left in the shadows, they deplete our vitality and creativity, cloud our emotional waters, and leave us unable to recognize the abundant blessings of each day.

Ritmos Sagrados is a sacred space where you can come exactly as you are, to be seen through eyes of love and to be not just heard but listened to. In this space you will be supported in unconditional love. It is a space where one can surrender to receiving. You will be held like the Goddess that you are, basking in vibrational medicine that allows you to witness your innate magic bloom.

A space to release all that no longer serves you, to journey in the depths of your heart to transform old wounds, traumas, and beliefs, and to compost them into the fertility of Pachamama’s embrace. Through this process we may sprout new seeds and return to our Sacred Rhythm .
