LIMPIA

There are things that cling to us that were never ours to carry.
A limpia is an ancient cleansing ceremony passed down through my lineage — a sacred ritual of purification, renewal, and energetic release. Rooted in the curanderismo traditions of my ancestors, each limpia is unique to the one receiving it.
Before our session, we will meet in council over a video call. Together we will listen for what form of cleansing is being called forward for you.
HEALING TOUCH

This is where my path of service began.
As a licensed massage therapist rooted in sobaderismo, I offer a deep, regenerative touch with herbal oil — weaving in the energetics of limpia to meet the body where it is. Physical. Emotional. Energetic.
But what moves through my hands is not mine alone.
I am a vessel. And those who have laid on this table have felt it — the warmth, the presence, something larger moving through. Some have felt more hands than two.
Your body knows how to heal. This session is an invitation to surrender into that remembering.
SOUND MEDICINE

This is not a sound bath.
We begin with cacao and council — your heart is heard, your story received. From there, the journey is woven entirely for you. Every sound, every instrument, every frequency attuned to what you've shared and what your body is ready to release.
What people experience in these sessions often surprises them. They emerge having traveled somewhere. Having met something. Having left something behind.
This is sound as ceremony. Sound as healing. Sound as medicine.
MEDICINE BASKET

You don't have to know what you need. You just have to arrive.
The Medicine Basket is an intuitively guided session — a space where we begin with a heart-to-heart with cacao, listen deeply, and allow the session to unfold from there. Drawing from the full breadth of my offerings, each session is woven in the moment: what is needed is what we meet.
This is the offering for those who feel called but don't yet know the words for it.
COUNCIL

Some things live too long in the silence of the heart.
Platicas are an ancient form of healing rooted in curanderismo — a sacred council where your heart is invited to speak freely, held without judgment, received with loving presence.
There is profound medicine in being truly heard.
I have witnessed again and again — hearts that speak their truth return to their rhythm. Things begin to move. Life begins to meet them differently.
This session is available in person or remotely.
WOMB HEALING

The womb remembers everything.
We begin in council, softened by cacao, where your story is safe to be shared and received with loving presence.
From there we journey through sound — inward, and often back in time — to the places that still hold pieces of you.
What is retrieved is brought home to heal.
You will be sent home with Ocotillo flower essence to support your continued unfolding.
This is deep work. Most wombs require more than one session, and that is honored here.
